Aims of the Course:
To develop students’ understanding of the role of accounting in society as a financial language for individuals, community organisations and businesses.
Build upon students knowledge of the principles, processes and systems of accounting.
Enable students to apply financial knowledge and skills to practical situations.

Conceptual basis of accounting
Financial Statements
Xero accounting software
Accounts Receivable subsystem
Contemporary accounting issue
Recommended Prior Learning
Students should have gained 15 Dilworth Diploma Points in 11 ACC.
